1st Post

Hello All,

Besides my recomendation of Dun & King Investments this is my first post. I am 36 years old. I live in Cumming, GA. I am a huge movie enthusiast. I believe I am at my local cineplex at least once a week. I also love to read, sometimes write, travel, and have a love for craft projects. I am an IT project manager. And it is boring as it sounds. I probably won't mention work much in this blog, just because I plan to have a career change in the near future. I have been married for 3 years to a awesome husband. We have no children. My husband owns his own construction company, which he really enjoys.
This is kind of depressing, but this is all I can think of at the moment about myself. Send questions in if you want to know more, and I plan to post again. When I can think of something to post.

Dun And King Investments

I was asked by Dun & King Investments to write this if I thought my experience with them was worthwhile. They were supposed to have a website up and running where I can post this, but since they do not yet, I have decided to do my own blog. I wanted to have my own blog any way, so this takes care of both.
I was skeptical of their offer at first. But after checking public records and speaking to a few people they dealt with I was satisfied and decided to move forward. Payments were made on time each month. I was a little worried about that since I had a mortgage to pay. I signed a 1 year contract, so it wasn't guaranteed, but they did close on it last November. So I was very pleased with that outcome. I only recommend them if you can wait at least a year to close on your property.
They were professional, they answered my questions when I had them, and they kept me in the loop.
